I’ve pretty much got the process down and have added the recipe to my recipe box, so I thought I’d give them their own blog post.

Poking holes in the dough with one of my vintage angel food cake cutters…
This batch went to friends and family that put me up on a recent trip to California, so I dressed them up with chocolate drizzles. A couple of them got a light sprinkle of salt.
You see? Definitely not your grandma's grahams.
I'm going to have to try these after failing the daring bakers challenge gram crackers. BTW I think it is interesting that we continually choose to opt out of the same challenges.
ReplyDeletei will have to give these a try not sure i have ever made graham crackers but i know i love them. your pcitures get better and better. great work
ReplyDeleteThanks, Barbara. You should try them. They're easy and they taste so. good. I like to use half regular flour, half whole wheat, but I don't always have it. They're good no matter what kind of flour you make, though. It's gotta be the honey.
